What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary liaison with referral sources, clinics, and discharge planners to manage patient admissions
• Conduct interviews to gather necessary demographic, financial, and clinical information for patient placement
• Ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements during the admissions process
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and other systems, updating patient referral statuses as needed
• Collaborate with insurance verification teams to secure financial clearance for patient placements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter information into a database system
• Proficiency in standard office applications, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
