  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Theodore, AL (Onsite)
Pay $47,840.00

Major Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Documentation Specialist
Create Assembly Control documents (Assembly Control Statics [ACS], Assembly Methods [AM])
Create and update internal and customer bill of materials (BOM) documents
Create and update Raw Material Specification (RMS) documents
Create and update Customer Production Specification (CPS) documents
Create and update Finished Part Specification (FPS) documents
Develop carton and pallet label templates
Create and distribute Change Request documents (Engineering Change Request [ECR], Engineering Change Notice [ECN])
Initiate Design Change History forms
Update and maintain customer Installation Instruction websites

Administrative Support
Tag and Log inbound/outbound samples and prototypes
Maintain records as needed (ECR/ECN distribution, Controlled Document distribution, Project Development records, etc.)
Support Design Team personnel
Record and disseminate Design Department Meeting minutes as needed
Minor Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Maintain Design Suite Product Inventory
Review Customer websites/portals
Sample Builds
Internet Research
Photography (sample log)
Requirements:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent
Experience: 2+ years applicable experience is preferred (administrative, documentation, draftsperson, etc.)
Skills: General Office skills with Microsoft Office knowledge (particularly Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat (Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus); any CAD software experience a plus; Internet skills.
Competency: Highly detail-oriented. Able to work independently, excellent organizational ability; ability to work on multiple projects at once under time pressure.
Physical Demands: Sit up to 8 hours on a regular basis and able to lift 10 pounds on a regular basis, 25 pounds on an occasional basis
