Role Overview: Growth Marketer

The Growth Marketer will be at the forefront of our digital growth strategy, responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across various digital channels. This role involves leading paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, and demonstrates first-class communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage growth strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for clients in various industries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, adjusting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content, landing pages, and creative assets.
  • Provide strategic direction on ad platforms, targeting, placements, and creative assets.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking and attribution for paid marketing channels.
  • Audit and troubleshoot performance-related issues in campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Report regularly on key performance metrics to stakeholders, clients, and the wider team.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, processes, and workflows related to paid marketing channels.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing feedback on campaign buildouts and strategic direction.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience in agency settings or diverse experiences in paid marketing management.
  • Comfort with client-facing roles, with the ability to discuss strategy, processes, and results confidently.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Location & Work Environment:

This position is based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work environment. While remote work is supported, we require our team to be in the office 2 days per week. Our office is located in Mount Pleasant.
