Epicor Kinetic Consulting Practice ManagerIs this your shot? 2W Tech, Epicor s Global Partner of the Year, is looking for a Kinetic ERP Practice Manager to support and add to our explosive growth.If 2W Tech s Kinetic ERP Practice Manager is your next gig, you will lead our Epicor Kinetic consulting team, delivering impactful solutions through strategic planning, team leadership, and consultant development. This role involves managing a consultant team and engaging directly with customers, with a 50/50 split in responsibilities.Here s what you ll do
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    1. Manage and mentor consultants and develop team capabilities to meet future client demands through training and recruitment strategies.
  • Client Engagement:
    1. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring full satisfaction with our services.
    2. Conduct regular client meetings and feedback sessions to ensure service excellence.
    3. Engage directly with customers 50% of the time, providing hands-on consulting and support.
  • Project Oversight:
    1. Oversee consulting projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery aligned with client objectives.
  • Capacity Planning:
    1. Assess team capacity and work with the Resource Management Office to align resources for optimal project delivery, ensuring efficient workload distribution.
    2. Utilize project management tools to track and optimize resource allocation.
  • Capability Planning:
    1. Evaluate and enhance team skills in alignment with market demands and technological advancements.
    2. Develop professional development programs to upskill team members.
  • Performance Metrics:
    1. Establish and track key performance indicators to measure team success and effectiveness.
    2. Prepare detailed performance reports for management review.

What you ll bring to the table.

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting management in technology or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP systems; experience with other ERP solutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in project management, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation.
