PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Summary

Turner Homes is hiring an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join their team. The Purchasing Coordinator will work cooperatively with various teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to address and resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with the Estimator to input and update budget information into the ERP system.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely release to vendors, and adherence to procurement policies.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate pricing information in the ERP system to reflect current market rates and supplier agreements.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Location

  • Turner Homes is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This hybrid position involves two days in the office and three days remote.

Workday

  • Full-Time, 40 Hours a week.

Compensation

  • $60,000-$65,000 annual salary, depending on experience
