  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote in a Week)

Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Remote - Monday & Friday

Shift - 11 AM to 8 PM Eastern time

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist. Provide an exceptional customer experience to customers using our medical equipment in hospitals, trauma centers, emergency departments, stroke centers, pediatric hospitals, and outpatient centers.

  • Act as a single point of contact and provide immediate over-the-phone support for Share360 Customers and in-house engineering partners.
  • Responds to inbound and outbound requests involving products and/or services.
  • Professionally investigates and resolves customer concerns.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction by demonstrating a proactive attitude and actions to expedite service requests, creating an ownership culture by following through on the customer’s issues until completely resolved.
  • Appropriately discusses and promotes client services and products based on customer needs.
  • Consistently maintains a positive attitude.

Requirement:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-related role
  • Customer service, customer-facing experience in a high volume customer service environment, as well as in a technical support center operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), compiling presentations for internal teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills along with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issues.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
