5+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar recruitment management systems, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
Proven track record in data analysis and reporting, with excellent analytical skills.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Oracle certifications related to Recruiting Cloud.
Experience with HR analytics and metrics.
Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud applications and technologies.
Experience leading multiple ORC engagements

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud Specialist to oversee our recruitment technology initiatives. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and support of our Oracle Recruiting Cloud system. You will be driving innovation and best practices to enhance our recruitment processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead ORC implementation and best practices.
System Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud to enhance recruitment effectiveness and user experience.
Process Improvement: Analyze and redesign recruitment workflows; recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Data Analysis: Oversee data integrity and accuracy; create advanced reports and dashboards to monitor key recruiting metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs for HR staff and hiring managers on best practices in using Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud with other HR systems and tools.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure that recruitment practices comply with legal and organizational policies; conduct regular audits and assessments.
