Position: Salesforce CRM Higher Education Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end Salesforce Education Cloud implementation for the Enrollment/Call Center project, utilizing agile project management methodologies.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the project stays on track for the Fall 2025 go-live date.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), manage sprints, and collaborate with the agile team to deliver key milestones.
Coordinate integration efforts between Salesforce and Student Information Systems (SIS) for enrollment and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) tools, ensuring smooth interoperability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.
Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and address concerns, working closely with teams from Marketing, Enrollment, Admissions, and IT.
Manage post-implementation activities, including user training, system optimization, and ongoing support.
Work in a cross-matrix organization, where team members may not be directly assigned, ensuring efficient collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
Proven track record of successfully managing two or more Salesforce projects, with strong expertise in Education Cloud.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, including leading sprint planning and managing backlogs in collaboration with development teams.
Experience with Service Cloud
Strong background in integrating Salesforce with SIS systems, CTI, and other third-party tools.
Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization, with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive project success without direct team ownership.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including running workshops to gather requirements and align project goals.
Knowledge of enrollment processes and call center operations within the higher education environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in the Higher Education sector, particularly in projects related to student enrollment, admissions, and contact center operations.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different departments, driving collaboration and achieving project objectives.
Experience in Marketing Cloud
