Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to enhance and optimize the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs, translating these into Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct analysis of current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement using Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and manage detailed user stories, process flow diagrams, business requirement documents (BRD), and use cases to communicate requirements.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce, ensuring it meets business needs.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce tools and processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to recommend platform optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working on Salesforce-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements and translate these into Salesforce solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with creating detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications for Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or Salesforce Business Analyst certification (Highly desirable)
