Project Coordinator/ Job Description
Driving on time delivery of customer generated service orders
o Developing and maintaining project tracking at a regional level
o Alerting engineer/construction personnel of upcoming due dates
o Utilizing various project management tools (MS Project, Smart sheets, Power Apps, etc.)
Fiscal project responsibility
o Project billing (vendor invoicing)
o Actual Spend vs Budget Variance
o Processing open purchase requisitions
o Validating accounting Capital vs Expense
Project Completion
o Ensuring all invoices are processed against the project
o Validating the accuracy of Continuous Property Records from as built
o Aiding in material management through strong partnerships with Supply Chain
o Validating material retirement accuracy
Project final posting project in engineering design tool
o Comparing project as built prints to engineering design prints
o Updating build changes in engineering design tool
o Providing engineering support with various internal and external systems including: IQGeo, GIS, NDS, Fireworks, Bidmaster, WFMT, FT3, ARMOR, JDS, Sitetracker, Salesforce, MARTENS, Optius-Odin
