In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming organizational processes within our supply chain supply organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping: Dive deep into current processes to analyze and document workflows, pinpointing areas ripe for improvement.
- Policy Development: Craft and refine organizational policies that ensure compliance and drive operational efficiency.
- SOP and Work Instruction Development: Design, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions that provide clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Project Support: Collaborate with diverse project teams, lending your expertise in supply chain management to ensure processes within business systems (ERP) are optimized, best-in-class/industry standard, and aligned with project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, increasing productivity and overall quality.
- Training and Communication: Lead training sessions and effectively communicate process changes to stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold regulatory requirements and quality standards across all processes, ensuring excellence at every step.
- Control Identification and Documentation: Identify and document controls within processes to mitigate risks and promote compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in process improvement, policy development, or a related field, preferably in a hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise: Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Supply Chain processes, specifically in the hardware manufacturing of IT servers.
  • Expertise: Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and/or Oracle, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities; proficient in process mapping tools like Lucid chart or Visio.

  • Control Identification: Experienced in pinpointing and documenting controls to bolster compliance and minimize risk.
