Job Description:
our client is seeking an experienced Sr SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP S4 HANA programs. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP project management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Helping with Brownfield migrations from ECC to S4 HANA
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Drive project teams, holding members accountable for their contributions and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Utilize functional/process knowledge to enhance project outcomes and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong emphasis on S4 HANA.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale programs and managing diverse project teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to push teams towards high performance.
  • Solid functional and process background to understand and address project requirements effectively.
  • Must be open to traveling to Omaha, Nebraska, up to twice a month.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certification(s) related to S4 HANA.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
