Technical Operations Analyst

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Technical Operations Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Broad understanding of an array of Information technologies and their uses. And adaptability and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to pay close attention to detail and communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to recommend modifications and follow policy and procedure to minimize risk and/or improve effectiveness
• Ability to work independently and assess project and assignment requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and documentation skills
