Specialist - Insurance Operations

About the Job

We are seeking a Client Profile Specialist for a contract position within the Insurance industry, based in Austin, TX. This role requires an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in insurance operations and data entry. The successful candidate will support our clients operations team with data collection, input, and validation of insurance-related documentation. This is a hybrid role, with an initial 6-8 weeks of onsite training followed by a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite weekly).

What youll be doing:

  • Input and validation of client data within internal systems
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry related to invoices, policy documentation, and client-specific information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain up-to-date system records
  • Adhering to company quality practices and standards
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and legislation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams
  • Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • This role requires onsite interviews, and initial onsite presence for training
