Job Description: IT Support
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support professional to join our team. This role involves basic troubleshooting, user support, and escalation of issues when necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory (AD) and domain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve user issues.
Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their concerns.
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Utilize Google to research and resolve error messages.
Manage tickets
Experience with Nutanix.
Work within a Windows-only environment, including Office 365.
Use Screen Connect for Remote Access
Ability to effectively use Google for error resolution.
Must be comfortable closing around 2-3 tickets a day. These tickets will be more complicated there is an automated tool catching most of the mundane tasks.
Address tickets that go beyond Level 1 support.
