- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a purchasing agent in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market conditions and make data-driven purchasing decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
