Marketing and Data Analytics Internship Job Details:
- Hours Part-time, 18 - 30 hours per week
- Pay Range $18 - $23 / hour
- Location 12755 Highway 55, Plymouth, MN 55441 / Hybrid

Marketing and Data Analytics Internship Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate e-blast communications in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Plan, post, and manage Facebook events to drive community engagement and increase event attendance.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Excel, DOMO, and other BI platforms to support organizational leaders with critical insights.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to build customized fields and reports for niche data requests.
- Develop dashboards, workflows, forms, and reports within HubSpot to enhance marketing automation and tracking.
- Update, maintain, and optimize content on company websites to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Marketing and Data Analytics Internship Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for data-driven reporting.
- Technologically proficient with a quick learning curve for new tools
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Proficiency in SQL or other database languages is a significant advantage.
- Experience with email marketing tools and social media management.
