Compensation:

$80,000

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage and optimize resources to meet budgetary goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of employees to foster a positive work environment
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of various sales systems, including CRM, ERP, and other relevant tools, to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance overall sales efficiency
  • Data Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of sales data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all systems and platforms
  • Sales Reporting: Develop and generate regular sales reports and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and inform strategic decision-making
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on system usage and best practices. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of systems with overall business objectives
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly regarding data privacy and security
Qualifications:
  • US Work Authorization
  • Lead Generation Experience
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Education Level
  • Experience in Operations Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, with a focus on system integrations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce and SAP, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
