Job Overview

The Registration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless attendee experience by managing communications with program participants and overseeing all aspects of registration. This position is essential in supporting various pre-event, onsite, and post-event activities through effective collaboration with our internal teams. The Registration Manager will also engage closely with clients and supplier partners to ensure the success of each program.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, with three days of remote work and two days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster robust relationships with clients and attendees by understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Manage the registration database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and other team members to align registration processes with program objectives.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and maintain manifests to guarantee program effectiveness.
  • Provide on-site management of the attendee experience, addressing inquiries and facilitating a positive environment.
  • Oversee hotel room block management, including special requests and attrition deadlines.
  • Develop timelines for registration tasks in coordination with the Program Manager.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all program materials and services.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Zoom.
  • Competence in database management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across various functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Analytical mindset to identify efficiencies and streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in data management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to travel when required.
