Summary

deliver and support infrastructure services across a wide range of Microsoft and 3rd party solutions for the North & Latin America region. Duties include software installs, hardware installs, imaging, end user training, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, telecommunication systems, and mobile devices. All issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service, provide technical documentation, user training, enforce policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date records. This position will also assist in the investigation and resolution of business system-related errors.

The Analyst will report directly to the director of IT support. This position will operate under moderate supervision and be required to perform assigned tasks in a thorough, timely and efficient manner. This role may be responsible for assuming basic tasks related to server backup and maintenance (10-15%) under the direction of the network administrator in addition to the support responsibilities (85-90%). Support responsibilities include end user support, assisting with training initiatives for US region, setup and support for Team room systems, lead the complete lifecycle for user setup, termination, and ongoing maintenance for PC and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Windows Intune, Office365 accounts, licenses, and groups.

Serve as backup administrator for the various access control systems

Coordinate and lead US IT training initiatives

Responsible for coordination and production of local, regional, and global live events

Engineer and Administrate Microsoft solutions for maximum availability and reliability

Perform routine system administration and maintenance on local or remote locations.

Keep documentation current for supported systems.

Proactively analyze, troubleshoots and resolves infrastructure issues.

Perform system installations, upgrades, training, documentation, monitoring and analysis.

Administer SharePoint online sites for permissions and content.

Knowledge

Basic telecommunications knowledge.

Basic networking knowledge.

Strong hardware knowledge.

Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities.

Microsoft operating systems and productivity software.

Strong Microsoft skills, certifications a plus.

This position requires an open style of communication with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical people.

This position requires a constant transfer and sharing of knowledge with other IT Team Members.

A team player attitude is required.
