About The Role


Working directly with the President of the organization, this position requires hard work, extensive travel, and on-the-ground leadership of wellhead service teams.

As the Operations Manager, you will manage day-to-day field operations, tackle operational challenges, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and field teams. Your role will involve leading from the front, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily field operations for wellhead services, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Lead wellhead service teams in installation, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to meet project demands, adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Allocate personnel and equipment effectively to meet the demands of each project.
  • Ensure strong communication between field teams and leadership to meet operational goals.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • 4+ years of experience in operations management or a leadership role, ideally in oil and gas field operations.
  • Line experience in oil and gas field operations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities to manage complex projects.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel frequently to field sites.

Preferred Experience

  • Military officer veteran with a background in leadership, resource management, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with wellhead services, drilling operations, and related field operations.
