ACU-Serve incorporates HME workflow, Medicare, Medicaid and Private Payer knowledge, and billing and collections experts into a single service on an Internet-based technology platform. The result is faster payments, higher revenue collection rates, and less management and staffing headaches. Unlike traditional billing service models, ACU-Serve provides HME clients with a new level of control, flexibility, information access, and billing expertise. ACU-Serve functions as an integral part of the HME office staff, not a remote third party billing vendor.

As an SQL Developer, you will develop MS-SQL queries and procedures, create custom reports, and modify ERP user forms to enhance organizational productivity. You will also be responsible for designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.

You will be joining a small development team with the opportunity to make a large impact. You will be mentored by experienced developers with the freedom to learn and introduce new technologies. We promote continuous learning and skills development. Little to no travel is required. Flexible work hours with some remote hours available. We work hard but strive for a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality database solutions.
  • Develop and implement procedures and functions.
  • Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements.
  • Research required data.
  • Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
  • Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
  • Provide timely scheduled management reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL a plus.
  • Critical thinker and a team player.
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
