  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Details:


Position: Senior Software Developer


Location: Charlotte, NC


Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)



Must Haves:



  • Database Management: Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Exadata. Experience in performance tuning and ETL processes. Proficiency in working across multiple database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, Exadata, and Big Data solutions.

  • Programming: Strong development experience with Java, Hadoop/Big Data, Teradata, and Netezza.

  • ETL Tools: Experience with Talend, Autosys, and similar ETL tools.

  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, including all associated rituals.


Day To Day:



  • ETL Platform Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain the platform. Implement performance tuning for databases and optimize ETL processes.

  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as refinement, estimation, retrospectives, etc. Work with users and team members to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

  • Testing and Validation: Develop unit, integration, regression, and performance test scripts/suites to ensure software quality. Ensure all testing and code is aligned with organizational standards.

  • Solution Design & Communication: Engineer and analyze solution options based on user and business needs. Communicate solutions effectively to the team and mentor junior developers where necessary.

  • Architecture & POCs: Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure alignment with organizational standards. Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate tools and technologies as required.
