Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an EMAIL ANALYST for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Sports and Entertainment clients in New York, NY .

Responsibilities :
Manage and execute daily email campaign requests as assigned.
Work closely with cross-functional roles to create segments, campaign flows, and templates
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and visually appealing email content.
Select and pull email audience criteria as requested using campaign management platform and other sources.
Perform Quality Control checks on email creative test proofs and data files prior to deployment.
Schedule and deploy email campaigns and monitor deliverability.
Measure email campaign performance and recommend email optimization strategies based on reporting data.
Educate and support self-service and full-service marketing teams and guide them through the email request and development process
Serve as subject matter expert for email industry best practices, design, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance.

Required Skills:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years' hands-on experience in a similar role, executing campaigns from a leading Email Service Provider and/or Marketing Automation platform. Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to troubleshoot coding issues. Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with campaign management/CRM systems and working complex data sets. Has an analytical, data-driven mindset.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills with strong multi-tasking and project management ability. Follows up to meet deadlines.
  • A team player that can also work independently with minimal direction.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow with a great team and Organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume-environment.
