Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and analyze business needs related to incentives and commissions
- Customize and optimize Oracle Incentive Compensation modules according to client specifications
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets the client s expectations
- Provide technical support and training to users on the Oracle Incentive Compensation system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Oracle Incentive Compensation system with other business applications
