RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Program Manager III in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute training programs, and engagement materials for Onboarding and Sales teams on select technology partner integrations
* Use proof points effectively underpinned by data, to verify and improve our training methodologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary integration insights and stay abreast with latest trends in technology partner interactions
* Manage the creation of resource materials, such as user manuals and walkthroughs to support learning outcomes
* Provide direct support and teaching to team members to expand their knowledge on integrations and product offerings
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assure the effectiveness of the training programs
* Pioneer the integration product knowledge management, and be the point person for guidance and support

REQUIREMENTS:
* A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Program Management, Product Marketing Management, Product Education, or Sales Enablement - preferably in the technology sector
* Proven success in developing and implementing scalable training & enablement programs in the tech industry
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating quality user experiences
* Proven track record of taking initiative, working independently, and proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks
* Quick learner with a passion for understanding products and technologies, capable of becoming a subject matter expert and translating that knowledge into effective messaging
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and able to pivot as needed
* Demonstrated ability to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for a variety of internal and external materials, including sales collateral, email campaigns, training materials, and more
* Ability to build relationships, effectively communicate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales), gather necessary integration insights and distill complex information into easily understandable content

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
