As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Logistics and Warehousing Senior Manager to lead our supply chain, logistics, and warehousing operations.
What You Will Doing
- Lead and optimize all logistics operations, including transportation, import/export, material management, and warehousing to ensure product availability and cost-effective distribution.
- Oversee supply chain processes, maintaining real-time inventory accuracy while driving key performance metrics like on-time delivery, inventory holding, and logistics costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics and warehousing activities with company objectives, ensuring compliance with safety and medical device regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree or master’s in logistics, supply chain management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record in highly regulated environments, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong expertise in logistics operations, material management, transportation, and import/export regulations, including international trade compliance.
- Knowledgeable in capacity planning, inventory management, and international trade regulations, particularly regarding China export and labeling requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders; fluency in English required, with Mandarin proficiency a plus.
