Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage core project management activities including planning, communications, plan management, risk/issue management, and more.
- Ensure projects are planned and executed in alignment with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards, particularly for critical transformation initiatives.
- Govern consistent delivery of cross-programs using a Scrum/Agile approach.
- Assist in identifying and managing cross-business unit interdependencies.
- Partner with other project management leaders to ensure alignment on critical initiatives and decision-making.
- Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities related to current and future objectives.
- Partner with selected systems integration vendors to deliver project milestones.
- Ensure timely delivery of critical data to realize business value for users and clients promptly.
- Enhance business approaches and analyses to support nimble decision-making.
- Provide clarity on value delivery timing.
Skills and Professional Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of project/program management experience driving large-scale transformation projects (1-3 year initiatives).
- Experience managing budgets of USD 3M+.
- Strong consideration given to experience with MDM and/or data warehouse initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills tailored to diverse end users, team members, senior management, and executive leadership in cross-cultural business environments
