JOB Description
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in driving the design and usability of innovative digital financial solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience that aligns with our business goals.
Job duties and responsibilities-
- Lead the design of engaging user interfaces for a variety of digital products, including mobile apps, websites, and internal software tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business objectives.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards with Design System
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the financial industry.
Job requirements and qualifications-
- 5+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role, preferably in the finance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options, detail oriented and critical thinker
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and customer-centered
