Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions for our telecom clients. This role involves overseeing the deployment of SAP BRIM components, analyzing business processes, ensuring system integration, and providing post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Implementation: Oversee the deployment of SAP BRIM solutions, including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA.
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with telecom stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze existing billing processes for effective SAP BRIM solution design.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with existing telecom systems (CRM, network provisioning, ERP) for real-time billing and service management.
• Customization: Tailor SAP BRIM modules to meet specific client needs, including complex pricing models and subscription plans.
• Data Migration: Manage the migration from legacy billing systems to SAP BRIM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing and performance tuning, troubleshooting issues to meet operational goals.
• Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and technical staff on SAP BRIM functionality and best practices.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations and training materials.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Offer ongoing support post-implementation, addressing issues, upgrades, and optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in SAP BRIM implementation, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM modules, including CC, CI, FI-CA, and SOM.
• Telecom Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom billing processes and usage-based billing systems.
• Integration Skills: Proven experience integrating SAP BRIM with telecom systems.
• Project Management: Ability to lead end-to-end project implementations.
