Looking to hire ASAP for a Backfill

Looking for a SAP Finance module Lead. The last person was unable to travel to Omaha 2x a month so they need to replace him. This is a project with a fortune 500 construction company. Need someone with recent experience in the last year with Brownfield migrations from ECC to S4. Need candidates who have done this migration from start to finish with ideally 10+ full life cycle SAP implementations under their belt in their career.

Must haves:
Possesses in-depth knowledge of SAP modules for Finance as a SME
10+ full lifecycle SAP implementations
Experience with Brownfield migrations from ECC to S4 Hana within the last 12 months
5+ years at a Big 4 consulting company like Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG or similar (Ideally have been a SAP Consultant for a Finance or Construction organization)
Sharp and presentable in front of the business is a must

Responsibilities:

Functional expertise -
Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules.
Analyze current business processes and functionalities to identify areas of change/improvement during the migration.
Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and ensure the implementation aligns with organizational goals.
Requirement Analysis -
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with SAP capabilities.
Cross-workstream support and collaboration -
Support major cross-workstreams activities such as: data migration, change management/training, cutover and integrated testing.
