Seeking a Junior Digital Designer with a focus on high-volume production work. This role involves creating a wide range of digital assets, including Display Ads, Social Media Assets, GIF Animations, Email Assets, and Web Graphics.
While no coding or web development skills are required, the role will be heavily focused on production work, managing multiple versions of assets for various platforms and demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality Display Ads, Social Media Assets, GIF Animations, Email Assets, and Web Graphics for multiple regions and demographics.
- Work on large-scale production projects, including creating multiple variations of assets per campaign.
- Collaborate with team members (developers, designers, freelancers) to ensure the design process runs smoothly.
- Use tools like Photoshop to create static ads and basic animations, incorporating motion into still graphics using Adobe or AI tools as needed.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict brand guidelines and are tailored to specific audience needs.
- Source images from online stock libraries or in-house image collections that align with the company's brand standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable working in a production-heavy environment, focusing on volume and scalability.
- Willing to grow into web development responsibilities over time (training provided).
- Experience with video production or creating short social media ads (15-30 seconds) is a bonus but not required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree (AA) in Graphic Design or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong portfolio showcasing Digital Design work (A mix of print and digital is acceptable, but print-only portfolios will not be considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Specifically Photoshop and strong image editing skills (including AI tools), Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
- Familiarity with creating Email Assets, Display Ads, Social Assets, GIF Animations, and Web Graphics.
- Ability to work within a strict brand guide and handle templated designs as well as custom creative work when necessary.
- Strong skills in combining text and imagery for diverse layout challenges.
- Basic video experience for social media (nice to have).
