Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Smartsheet). The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining Smartsheet schedules, templates, workflows, reports, and dashboards to help our organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.

Project Manager (Smartsheet) Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining Smartsheet schedules, templates, workflows, reports, and dashboards to help our organization streamline processes, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize Smartsheet solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for Smartsheet-related issues.
  • This is a Project Management role that includes a tacit knowledge of Smartsheet which involves conducting the analysis, design, programming, evaluation, testing and implementation of complete Smartsheet solutions for Project Tracking and Resource Management, as well as Process Improvement Management.
  • The Project Manager (Smartsheet) works closely with key business stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical reporting solutions and business recommendations for current and future business needs.
  • Configure/develop solutions in Smartsheet.
  • Partner with process owners to identify and define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed user expectations.
  • This role will support the project management team with the creation of Smartsheet solutions based on a thorough understanding of project, program and portfolio management.

Project Manager Qualifications

  • Experience with risk management/risk radar
  • Highly proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Smartsheet
  • Well-developed logical structuring approach to solving problems, framing ideas and developing plans.
  • Experienced in writing/educating personnel in job aids, policies & procedures, other documentation.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Business Analysis skills essential
  • Program and/or Portfolio Management experience essential
  • PMI-PMP required.
  • PMI-PgMP or PMI-PfMP certification a plus
