We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online migration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with a preference for SAFe expertise. This role involves a combination of duties, including collecting requirements, documenting processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitating effective client communications. As a Business Analyst, they will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions (e.g., Power Platform).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (i.e. site owners) to validate scope and objectives.
- Document current and future business processes, workflows, and functionalities (BPMN experience preferred).
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients, ensuring clarity of requirements, project progress, and delivery timelines.
- Employ a variety of tools and techniques for backlog management, process improvement, and efficient workflow organization.
- Support the PM in monitor project progress, reporting on accomplishments and planned activities
- Serve scrum master duties in collaboration with the PM, including facilitation of scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring team productivity and efficiency.
- Co-lead sprint planning sessions and continuously refine user stories


Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 4-9 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, with a strong portfolio of successful agile projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, with certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) highly preferred (not a deal breaker).
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to perform gap analysis and think from a user perspective
- Strong technical aptitude, with familiarity with software development processes and the latest industry tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.

Salary: $100,000 120,000
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
