What We Are Seeking
We invite a skilled Back-End Developer, one who is passionate about enhancing user experiences on the back end, to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing to bring customized web experiences to fruition.
- Drive conversions by developing interactive user experiences that optimize web engagement.
- Ensure the security of our websites, both front and back end.
- Innovate by creating intelligent, interactive experiences through APIs and various infrastructures.
- Maintain and update our websites regularly, including the integration of new plugins and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs or issues within the website and its platform integrations.
- Design and implement regular website updates using WordPress.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, encompassing both back end and front end.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- A genuine enthusiasm for developing, troubleshooting, and enhancing user experience processes.
- Strong programming and coding capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical Proficiency in:
- WordPress and Elementor
- Symfony
- CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, jQuery
- Apache
- Salesforce and its website integrations
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Azure.
- Awareness of emerging technologies to enhance user experiences.
