Position Overview: As a Senior Java/Golang Developer, you will play a critical role in analyzing shield anomalies and utilizing the Reparo tool to take corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and analysis skills, with the ability to navigate logs and code to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze shield anomalies and execute corrective actions using the Reparo tool.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues by navigating logs and code to pinpoint root causes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and develop solutions.
  • Debug code efficiently, leveraging your expertise in Java and Golang to identify problems.
  • Utilize REST APIs and Kafka to support application functionality and data flow.
  • Work with both relational and non-relational databases to aid in analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Document processes and corrective actions for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Java and/or Golang.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, Kafka, and database technologies (relational and non-relational).
  • Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience in navigating logs and code.
  • Ability to debug code effectively and identify issues in complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
