Our client is seeking an Contract Administration Manager to join their team. This role involves managing and drafting contracts, ensuring timely execution, and reporting to the Vice President of Operations.
As the Contract Administration Manager , you will oversee contract lifecycle management for a diverse portfolio be proficient in contract types like MSA/services agreements, PR/Marketing/Advertising/Influencer contracts and have knowledge of compliance, and lobbying/privacy regulations.
Responsibilities
- Responding to bids, analyzing contract requirements
- Engaging stakeholders in negotiation decisions.
- Develop and improve standards for the contract process
- Monitor key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract preparation and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems
