Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Service Delivery, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional services that enhance healthcare outcomes. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a service delivery testing team to ensure the prompt provision of testing products and services.
  • Collaborating with account management teams to forecast demand and assist in the strategic planning of testing services.
  • Cultivating relationships between service delivery and client groups to strengthen client partnerships.
  • Identifying and implementing service enhancements to improve client satisfaction.
  • Supporting proposal teams in the integration of innovative service offerings for both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Recruiting and training team members to boost performance and productivity.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Over 15 years of experience in leading teams focused on testing excellence.
  • Proven ability in deploying and managing testing transformations utilizing technologies such as Automation, Performance, Shift Left, and AI.
  • Strong proficiency in managing complex technical programs and solutions involving multiple vendors.
  • A deep understanding of government healthcare programs is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective relationship building and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Solid project management skills, including financial budgeting, capacity planning, and forecasting expertise.
  • A track record of driving results through various software life cycles and tools.
  • Expertise in testing processes and tools, with a capability to refine test development, execution, results, and defect management procedures.
  • The ability to establish comprehensive testing metrics and facilitate positive organizational change.
  • Motivational skills to inspire diverse, international teams in achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with functional, performance, and automation testing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications related to service delivery or testing are advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is \(93,400 - \)116,400 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, internal equity considerations, and individual qualifications.
