We are currently in search of a seasoned and achievement-driven Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead our U.S. operations and catalyze revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives and programs aimed at maximizing revenue expansion.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability throughout the sales division.
  • Promote continuous enhancement of sales methodologies and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assume complete responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) oversight of the international sales division.
  • Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective measures when required.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overarching business goals.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients at a global scale.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends and opportunities within the ever-evolving digital media measurement landscape.
  • Utilize your expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to strategically position our solutions in the marketplace.
  • Employ your knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and furnish valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain a proactive sales-oriented approach within the realms of data services, cloud solutions, and enterprise data.
  • Expand business opportunities within the existing client portfolio through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Actively develop and nurture a robust network of industry contacts, prospective clients, and strategic partners.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales.
  • A proven history of success in sales leadership roles, including team management and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience coordinating sales efforts with global cross-functional teams across diverse regions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in analyzing market trends.
