We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level Help Desk Support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. You will provide support via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide remote technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the help desk system.
