Job Type: Full-Time; Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 48.50per hour

What You ll Do:Keep It Running: Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure peak performance.
Hands-On Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems, responding quickly to work orders and emergencies.
Property Care: Inspect and maintain building interiors and exteriors, from walls and flooring to lighting and roofing.
Problem Solver: Quickly troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and plumbing to keep downtime to a minimum.
Compliance & Safety: Stay up to date with local, state, and federal building codes, ensuring all work is done safely and correctly.
Emergency Ready: Respond to emergencies effectively to minimize disruption and keep everything running smoothly.
Stay Sharp: Participate in training and stay familiar with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other critical building equipment.
Must-Haves:
Universal EPA 608 Certification for HVAC work.
At least 4 years of experience in building engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems).
Valid driver s license and ability to travel between sites.
Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and work overtime when needed.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with MEP/HVAC system design and applications.
Experience using CMMS technology to manage work orders.
Prior experience in a commercial facilities service role.

Pay Details: 47.50 to 51.15 per hour
