Role: Sr. Project Administrator/System Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Department personnel in the implementation of new engineering software
  • Serve as one of the Administrators for the Department's Engineering Document Management system (Bentley ProjectWise)
  • Support the Department's electronic file exchange tool (Bentley ProjectWise Deliverables Management) for internal and external staff
  • Provide day to day user support
  • Assist in maintaining the Department's Engineering Software standards and documentation
  • Develop/conduct engineering software user training sessions
  • Document/revise existing and new business processes to meet new/revised engineering software requirements
  • Develop engineering software best practices
  • Investigate new and emerging engineering technology and make recommendations to Department personnel and management for implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills Required
  • Experience using/supporting document management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise Preferred (2 years)
  • Competent in the use of MS Office suite Required (5 years)
  • Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions Preferred (2 years)
  • Experience providing customer support Preferred (2 years)
  • Experience in developing technical documentation Required (2 years)
  • Experience working in an Architectural or Engineering environment Required (5 years)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNOW Nice to have
