Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with 10-15 years of experience to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, particularly in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting, Bank Management, Inter-company Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA and a strong functional background in customization and configuration. Knowledge of other SAP modules like SD, MM, Basis, and ABAP is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FICO module configurations and customizations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting, Bank Management, Inter-company Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial and accounting requirements, ensuring that SAP FICO modules align with organizational goals.
• Oversee end-to-end greenfield implementations and at least one full life-cycle S/4 HANA implementation project, ensuring successful delivery.
• Support and guide functional teams on SAP FICO-related tasks, particularly with functional knowledge in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Asset Management (AM), to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on user authorizations and security within SAP FICO, supporting compliance and data governance standards.
• Utilize advanced knowledge in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA to enhance existing processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging FICO solutions, providing resolution for any issues that arise.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on best practices in SAP FICO and S/4 HANA, ensuring team capability enhancement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with a deep functional understanding and customization expertise in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank Management, Inter-company Accounting, Cost Center Accounting.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA with a successful track record of greenfield implementation and at least one full life-cycle implementation of S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of cross-functional integration with modules such as SD, MM, Basis, and ABAP for comprehensive SAP FICO solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with user authorizations, SAP Basis, and understanding of SAP ABAP code for basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP project management tools and methodologies is advantageous.
• Certification in SAP FICO or S/4 HANA Finance.
