Data Engineering Intern

At Labcorp, our interns have the opportunity to showcase their work by demonstrating their achievements to their supervisors, their mentors, and our senior management team. Each intern will participate in group projects that illustrate their creativity and builds on their technical teamwork skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data Engineering knowledge, or equivalent demonstrated
• Python development experience or knowledge`
• Knowledge on Databricks, Spark, Hive, AWS EMR/S3, Data Stage or similar systems.
• Knowledge on SQL query and/or SQL tuning.
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines, tools, CI/CD concepts
• Knowledge on data modelling

Requirements:

• Current pursuing a Bachelor's program in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other equivalent.

Pay Range: $22 - $25 hourly

Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
