Our client is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst in Celebration, FL/ Hybrid.

Role Description

Coordinate and generate requirements for new system capabilities or integration changes for our Crew Systems custom applications, including: Time and Attendance, Talent Management, Gratuities, Certificate Management, Record Card/HR Systems, Crew Training, and integration with Fidelio (SPMS) and other in-house systems.
Works with the business to capture and document requirements (both functional and non-functional) using a range of techniques such as workshop facilitation, document analysis, sites visits, use cases, scenario modeling, task and workflow analysis
Understanding of security standards for delivering system enhancements, 3rd party integrations and a reporting solutions
Analyze and identify requirements, gaps, and enhancements coordination with business and technical resources
Coordination with in-house and 3rd party developers on custom development or enhancement projects
Agile facilitation of stand-ups and system delivery
Manage backlog prioritization along with product owner and business
Coordinate activities related to corporate systems and data compliance projects (e.g. PII, PCI, and GDPR)
Ability to analyze business processes at the macro level to ensure cohesive product
Ensures the benefits, impact and release of all changes are tracked and managed and communicated to relevant stakeholders
Provides project management support
Assist with application testing ensuring functionality is working as per business requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Agile experience required (overall process, writing stories, collaborating with others to refine backlog)
Proven business analyst experience of gathering, implementing, and sustaining business capabilities for custom and off-the shelf technology platforms
Experience with technology documentation practices such as requirements, meeting/ session notes, and status updates
Demonstrated collaboration and excellent communication skills
Experience with Cruise Line technologies and industry platforms such as Fidelio or Seaware.
