Title: Business Analyst

Worksite Type: Onsite for the first 90 days then transitions to hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 + Bonus and fully cover benefits

Industry: Food and Beverage

The Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing, administrating, and maintaining the CRM system (SAP Hana). This role involves generating and running reports from sales, marketing, and research data, conducting product and channel reviews, and making actionable recommendations to enhance category effectiveness and business performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Conduct complex data analysis to support Sales, product development, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Lead the team in designing, developing, and managing reports, dashboards, and reporting portals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end project life cycle and provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced business analysts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative training.
  • Experience: Ideally, candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in data analysis and team/project management.
  • Skills: Strong quantitative skills, mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense), ERP and CRM system experience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
