  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Maintenance position at SouthCoast Health in the Greater Savannah Area. The Facility Maintenance role will involve day-to-day tasks such as preventive maintenance, building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical to ensure the optimal functioning of healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

  • Facility Management (FM) skills
  • Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance experience
  • Plumbing and Carpentry skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in healthcare facility maintenance is a plus
  • Be able to lift 50 Lbs
  • Be able to climb ladders
  • Be able to bend, twist, stand, squat, and work overhead
  • Be able to work in adverse weather conditions

Education/ Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Trade or vocational school education or equivalent work experience. 3 years of building maintenance experience, preferably in health care setting.

Requirement

Valid GA driver's license, Clean motor vehicle record
