ACI is seeking a skilled and dynamic Tier II IT Specialist to join our global IT team. Based in Singapore, this role involves providing comprehensive technical support and IT solutions across various international sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to travel extensively. As a key player in our global IT operations, you will ensure seamless IT support and network reliability in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide Tier II support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues on-site and remotely.

  • Global IT Projects: Participate in global IT infrastructure projects, including the implementation of new systems, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts across multiple international locations.

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to security protocols.

  • On-Site Assistance: Travel to various company sites worldwide to assist in IT audits, infrastructure assessments, equipment setups, system maintenance, and user training.

  • User Training & Support: Provide training and technical guidance to on-site staff and remote teams, ensuring users are proficient with IT systems and best practices.

  • IT Documentation: Create and update comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and problem resolutions, and share knowledge with the broader IT team.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to facilitate hardware repairs, software installations, and network-related solutions.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with global IT policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations at each international location.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role, with exposure to international support being highly desirable.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux), Microsoft 365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

  • Physical Requirements: The position may require frequent travel to various sites, which could include environments with uneven surfaces, limited lighting, stair access, and other conditions that may present accessibility challenges. Reasonable accommodations will be provided, as needed, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

  • Must possess the physical mobility and stamina required to travel extensively and work in diverse environments, including locations that may have limited accessibility or varying infrastructure conditions.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and capability to travel up to 70% of the time across different regions (Asia, Europe, Americas, etc.).

  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working with diverse teams and clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

  • Travel Requirements: Extensive worldwide travel (up to 70% of the time)

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA.

  • Experience with IT service management tools and remote support platforms.

  • Familiarity with ITIL framework or similar best practices in IT service delivery.
