PRISM seeks a dynamic IT Account Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and effectively managing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in IT account management or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • This position has Hybrid remote options based on performance. (Must be willing to be onsite five days a week until performance expectations are met).
