Job title: Manager, All-Inclusive Clients – Charity Management
Main purpose of the role:
To deliver best in class service as Account Manager for All-Inclusive Charity Management clients
Hours: Up to 5 days/week
Works with: Charity Management Team, Finance Team,Chapel & York Management Team
Reports to: Head of International Philanthropy
Key responsibilities:
· Serve as Account Manager to All-Inclusive Charity Management clients, addressing queries, problems and requests; act as primary point of contact
· Engage with other staff on behalf of the client as required to facilitate completion of tasks and responses to queries.
· Direct enquiries from clients to appropriate Charity Management staff regarding legal and regulatory, financial and governance matters.
· Review of fundraising/marketing/communications materials for All-Inclusive clients to ensure IRS compliance and US market appropriateness.
· Attend client board meetings upon request.
· Take minutes at client board meetings if required or review board minutes for IRS compliance.
· Proactively engage with clients to offer assistance, share relevant developments in the US charity sector and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
· Advise clients on general best practice and streamlining of operations.
· Assist with setting up internal procedures and controls such as responsibility task-lists and sign offs for All-Inclusive clients.
· Keep accurate records of time spent for current clients and prospective clients.
- Engage with Chapel & York’s content and the general charity community through LinkedIn and other social media
· Update current and prospective client records in Zoho, ShareFile and other management systems

· Experience with CRM systems
· Ongoing interest and engagement with the worldwide Charity Sector
· Exceptional self-motivation, with the ability to learn quickly and take on tasks outside of skill set
· Strong organisational and well-developed communication skills,
· Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with internal departments.
· Excellent ability to work independently with remote oversight and under pressure and to set own priorities as appropriate and a capacity to meet deadlines
· Proven ability to work as part of a global team; occasional communications outside of regular office hours maybe required due to co-ordination across time zones
